Released ABC Single Nictophilia

Nictophilia was a project that started quite some time ago. My role in it was both as composer and also designer for the single cover. The song was created by me. The lyrics were begun by me but were finished by The Folsom Project.

The project took about 2 years since we first started it to its publication. It went through many iterations as we tried to find the right combination of instruments to evoke the mood we were aiming. The design also went through some changes, however these were not as extensive as the sound production. In the end I chose a style that would bring nostalgia to our audience, and since we are aiming at a young adult audience, I opted for a more Bit Art style that would remind young adults of their video game consoles and their teenage years.
